Starling Farm

Starling Farm cultivates black Kampot pepper across 10 hectares in Kampot province, where around fifty workers handle everything from harvesting and sorting to running a hydroponic lettuce greenhouse and growing mango, durian and banana between the pepper rows. Its peppercorns, packed and distributed through a Phnom Penh facility, reach retailers across Asia, the Americas and Europe.
