Stoltzfus Meats

Amos and Mary Stoltzfus began selling farm-butchered Pennsylvania Dutch meats at the New Castle Farmer's Market in 1954, a tradition their family still runs from the Intercourse storefront and in-house Amos' Place café. The shop's scrapple, bologna, and sausage have won repeated statewide and national competitions.
