Teresa Deufel makes wine in Lindau am Bodensee, continuing a family estate her father Hannes Deufel and uncle Ludwig Haug began planting in 1975 before she started her own production in 2009. The winery's Degelstein wine bar, opened in a former cellar in 2011, pours Föhn-influenced varieties such as Cabernet Blanc, Solaris and Johanniter alongside a calendar of jazz nights and readings.
