The Lincoln Distillery

The Lincoln Distillery opened in 2017 on the banks of the Foss Dyke as the city's first commercial distillery since 1863, run by owner-distiller Matt and his father-in-law John after starting out in a family kitchen. It makes Lincoln Gin in London Dry, Cask Aged and Navy Strength styles using locally inspired botanicals, along with small-batch spirits finished by hand.
