Thornbury Craft Co. presses locally grown Ontario apples into small-batch, English-style ciders at 90 King Street East, in a concrete apple-storage building where steam trains once loaded fruit bound for Toronto. The rebuilt structure served as a flea market, ammunition depot and Cold War fallout shelter before becoming the cidery and taproom.
