Villino Coffee Roasters

Founded in 2007, Villino ranks among Hobart's longest-running specialty coffee businesses, roasting on three Probat machines at an offsite facility and supplying beans to cafes across the city. Its original cafe sits at the top of Criterion Street, with a sister takeaway outlet, Ecru, a short walk down the same block.
