Vin de Tahiti is French Polynesia's only winery, growing vines on a coral motu of the Rangiroa atoll near Avatoru under Dominique Auroy's Domaine Ampelidacees. Oenologist Sebastien Thepenier oversees its white, rose and sweet wines, among them the Blanc de Corail, Rose de Corail and premium Clos du Recif cuvees.
