Dietrich Jean et Fils has farmed vines from its cellar on the route de Lapoutroie in Kaysersberg since 1954, hand-harvesting and sorting grapes across all seven Alsace varieties under HVE environmental certification. The independent domaine bottles two Grands Crus, Riesling Schlossberg and Gewurztraminer Kaefferkopf.
