Wells roasts specialty coffee at its George Town roastery near Hin Bus Depot on Jalan Timah, working in two registers: a Japanese-style roast for sweetness and body, and a Nordic light roast for floral and fruity notes. The beans are graded into tiers from Selected to Macro-Lot and sold as filter, espresso and wholesale to other cafes.
