Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewing

Kiku-Masamune has brewed sake in Kobe's Nada district since 1659, building its name on kimoto-method dry sake and marking more than 350 years in business. Its brewery museum in Higashinada-ku displays historic brewing tools and sells the house style direct from the kura.
