Higashinada-ku
Kobe Shu-shin-kan has brewed the Fukuju label in Nada since 1751, drawing on the district's Miyamizu spring water, and gained wider recognition after Fukuju was served at the Nobel Prize banquet. The brewery runs an on-site restaurant and shop selling sake tastings alongside its own craft beer.
