Amarelli

Amarelli has extracted and worked Calabrian licorice at its eighteenth-century 'Concio' in Rossano since 1731, on land where the family began cultivating the root around 1500. Every production phase from raw material to finished product still happens on site, and the pure liquirizia ships in the metal tins that made the house famous, with a licorice museum alongside the works.
