Built around a celebrated fruit and vegetable garden, Babylonstoren sells its own wine, olive oil and tea alongside seasonal produce in a farm shop where the kitchens pick, clean and serve. Cellar tastings, the Babel restaurant and a greenhouse eatery all draw on the same beds that define the farm.
