What Beehive Nougat is known for
Beehive Nougat is a family-run confectioner in Zebbug, established in 1948 and currently led by Robert Caruana. It makes soft white nougat from egg white, sugar and candied fruit, and hard black nougat with almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and sesame seeds.
