Callington Mill Distillery

Callington Mill distills single malt whisky and Poltergeist gin at its restored heritage windmill precinct in Oatlands, Tasmania, where a cellar door offers tastings and tours seven days a week. The distillery also runs a whisky lounge and dining room at Hobart's MACq 01 hotel, and sells its full range through its own online shop.
