Carved in Stone

Carved in Stone is run by Brittany Lissington, who entered the family greenstone business in 2012 following her father, hand-carving pounamu jewellery and mere with designs drawing on traditional Maori forms. All stone is sourced locally from the western side of Te Waipounamu, the South Island, from the workshop near the Hokitika River.
