What CAUV Design is known for
CAUV Design, led by designer Joe Cauvel, builds custom residential and commercial furniture using bleached oak, ash, black walnut, hot-rolled and blackened steel, brass, and acid-etched or Starphire glass. Originally based in Red Hook, Brooklyn, the studio relocated to the Sullivan County Catskills in spring 2022 and serves the greater NYC area.
