David Ermel

Ninth-generation vintners David and François Ermel farm 14 hectares of Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir stretching from Hunawihr to Ribeauvillé, a holding worked by the family since 1795. The HVE-certified domaine bottles Grand Cru and Vendanges Tardives cuvées alongside a Crémant d'Alsace, sold directly from its cellar on the Route de Ribeauvillé.
