Jesse and Rachael Johnson started with eleven goats in 2011 and opened this Sister Bay creamery in 2013, now milking around 130 goats. They make goat cheeses from chevre to cave-aged wheels, plus goat-milk gelato and soap, sold from an eatery and shop with farm tours.
