Elora Distilling Company

This downtown Metcalfe Street distillery bottles gin, vodka, whisky, rum and liqueurs, growing some of its own botanicals and drawing on local ingredients. A tasting lounge and retail counter sit beside the still, with cocktail evenings and private events run on site.
