FREE Zambia is a women-led social enterprise that makes jewellery from recycled copper hot-water heaters and electrical wire, chandeliers from copper and repurposed plastic bottles, hand-woven baskets, crocheted palm-leaf bags, and rugs woven from banana agricultural waste, using only natural dyes. It works with women's and refugee groups in Lusaka, Zambia's western province and Mongu, and sells through the wholesale platform Kupanga Global.
