Goto Nada Shuzo

This Shinkamigoto distillery makes sweet-potato shochu under the Goto Nada label, working from a philosophy it calls nojo goitsu, in which the brewers grow the sweet potatoes themselves before distilling. Production uses locally grown Shinkamigoto sweet potatoes, worked by hand by the maker's own kurabito.
