What Heritage Sapphires is known for
The house traces its origins to 1865, when Don Theodoris Weerasiri opened a jewellery store on Chatham Street in the Fort, and it was revived in 1984 under D. B. Enterprise. Its showrooms now sell Ceylon gem-studded necklaces, pendants and made-to-order engagement rings from Colombo City Centre in Colombo 2 and One Galle Face mall.
