Kangaroo Island Olives (Little Liguria)

Run by the family behind Little Liguria, the grove sits beside a heritage-listed wilderness zone and grows Kalamata, Frantoio, Koroneiki, Leccino, and Ligurian olives under regenerative farming methods. The harvest becomes extra virgin oil, including a signature Novello, plus table olives slow-cured for more than six months in the traditional way.
