Three generations of the Ferrer family have distilled hierbas ibicencas at Licores Aniseta since 1925, still running their original still on Santa Eulària Avenue beside Ibiza Town's ferry terminal. Their hierbas carries Protected Geographical Indication status as a digestif built from up to fifteen plants gathered across the Pitiusa Islands.
