LOCALISTA is a design store presented by Puerto Rico Diseña, featuring independent designers, makers, collectives and local brands, and calling itself the first design establishment in Puerto Rico dedicated exclusively to local design within a hotel setting. It opened in the lobby of the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel on December 24, 2014, with a curated inventory of apparel, accessories, home furnishings, jewelry and furniture.
