Maille
Dijon / Burgundy / Online
What Maille is known for
Antoine-Claude Maille opened his first boutique in Paris in 1747 and supplied vinegars and mustards to the court of Louis XV; the Dijon shop followed in 1845. Both boutiques still pump fresh mustard straight from the tap, alongside the house vinegars, cornichons, and gift jars.
Best for — fresh mustard from the pump, flavored vinegars, and gift jars
Traditional Dijon mustard crafted in Burgundy.
