Reunion Coffee Roasters

Peter Pesce founded Reunion Coffee Roasters in 1995 and went on to chair the Coffee Association of Canada, later receiving the organization's Lifetime Achievement Award — an industry-wide recognition sitting behind a roastery that has stayed family-run into its second generation. All of Reunion's blending and roasting happens entirely within Canada, and its flagship café sits on Toronto's Roncesvalles Avenue, giving the company a physical anchor alongside its wholesale roasting operation.

Three decades in, run by a founder whose industry standing was formally recognized with a lifetime award, and now carried forward by a second generation, Reunion represents one of the more institutionally established roasters in this group — its history is documented at the level of the national trade association, not just the neighborhood café.
