What Rheaume Canoes is known for
Rheaume Canoes was founded in the early 1980s by cabinet maker Alain Rheaume and has built canoes for more than 40 years from its factory in Saint-Tite, Quebec. The line has grown to more than 20 cedar and composite canoe models, plus display canoes and canoe bookcases, with lacing, caning and steam-bent parts handcrafted on site.
