Rosalie Bay Distillery

On Dominica's wild east coast at Rosalie Bay, this non-profit distillery presses cane into a single cane-juice rum and bottles only a few thousand bottles a year. Its revenue funds sea-turtle nesting protection, coral-reef restoration and whale conservation along the coast.
