For around 45 years Sanjay Kumar's shop on the Jhunjhunu bypass has cooked Shekhawati sweets in pure ghee and milk, from plain and saffron peda to mewa laddu, moti pak, gond laddu and kaju barfi. It supplies temples across the region and sells its Chirawa peda through its own site.
