The brand dates from 2008 and its name carries the word tamashii, or soul, which the company applies to figures finished by Japanese craftsmen. The store moved to this location in June 2022, reopening on June 23 with three times the floor area of the previous shop. The interior is arranged in three zones. A New Item Zone at the center introduces the latest releases, a Shop Zone carries the standing range, and an Event Space hosts changing exhibitions. Series on the shelves include S.H.Figuarts articulated figures, the compact Figuarts mini line and the Chogokin robots. Store-limited editions and event commemoration items appear alongside general releases, with some exclusives sold by lottery drawing during events. Past exhibitions have included a Gundam Figure Exhibition and a Dragon Ball Tamashii Nations Figure Expo in 2025. Purchases earn miles in the Club Tamashii Members programme, which also applies at the Tamashii Nations Store Online.
