Behind an eighteenth-century shopfront on the Groentenmarkt, this family firm has ground its sharp, unpasteurised mustard the same way since 1790, ladling it fresh from a cellar barrel into stoneware pots. The counter also carries pickles, vinegars and dressings made to the same slow method.
