What Toad Hill Maple Farm is known for
Toad Hill has boiled sap in a timber-frame sugarhouse on Charles Olds Road for more than three decades, turning it into graded syrup, maple candy, and maple-frosted nuts sold from the farm and shipped nationwide. The family operation, one of the larger maple producers in the southern Adirondacks, also runs seasonal farm tours and a Maple Club for repeat customers.
