Stephan Danner has hand-forged knives since 2018, working in 1.2842 and O2 high carbon steel with handles in G-10, Micarta, deer antler, reindeer antler, or exotic wood. The workshop also restores and resheaths old leather sheaths and teaches knife-making courses.
