vKs Manufaktur hand-produces small-batch jams, syrups, and other preserves in St. Gilgen from foraged and garden-grown fruit, selling them through its own online product shop as well as weekly farmers' markets across the Salzkammergut. Founder Sven Kreymann sources ingredients from wild collection, home gardens, and small farms rather than large-scale agriculture.
