What Wajukuu Arts Centre is known for
Wajukuu Art Project, located in the Mukuru slum in Nairobi, is an artist collective focused on the intersection of art, education and community empowerment, running kids' programmes, youth mentorship, artist residencies and exhibitions. Its current exhibition and residency programme, "Image In Our Heads," was featured as of March 2025.
