Winery Obelisk

Winery Obelisk grows its grapes on the loess slopes of the Hintertal vineyard just outside Valtice and ages some of its wine in hand-fired kvevri amphoras, following what owner František Fabičovic calls postmodern winemaking. Visitors can taste and buy the estate's wines in the winery's glazed tasting and presentation hall above the underground cellar.
