What Yostmark Mountain Equipment is known for
Founded by Clair Yost in 1993, this backcountry shop on East Little Avenue outfits skiers and mountaineers with gear, rentals, and repairs, and runs its own avalanche courses and guided tours. Yost invented the Mountain Noodles, among the first fat powder skis built for Teton snow, making this the valley's oldest mountaineering outfitter.
