What Zure Wines is known for
The Batistić family farmed at Lumbarda long before formalizing Zure as a commercial winery in 1996, planting eight hectares on the peninsula's sandy soil in 2011. Every bottle, from the gold medal-winning Grk 'Bartul' to a Pošip, a Plavac Mali, and a sparkling Grk prosecco called Elysion, is made exclusively from the estate's own grapes.
