With only around twenty shops and a few dozen stitchers left on the street, its master craftsmen sew every piece by hand.

Safarkhan Art Gallery, whose Instagram handle references 1968, exhibits contemporary and modernist Egyptian art across oil paintings, mixed media, sculpture, lithographs, watercolors and marble mosaics, including a Mosaics of Dahshur marble workshop collaboration.
