820 Spirits, the New Forest Distillery, hand-crafts gin and other spirits near Lymington, growing many of its botanicals including juniper at a local nursery. It sells its gins and gift sets through an online shop and welcomes visitors to the distillery, which also runs a spirits school and cocktail classes.
