Kangaroo Island Spirits

Founded as Australia's first dedicated gin distillery, the Cygnet River operation later added a 4,500-litre still that makes it the largest whisky distillery in South Australia. Its native-botanical gin range sits alongside single malt whisky aged in bourbon, apera, and tawny casks, tasted at a cellar door surrounded by planted botanical gardens.
