Arrowhead Forge

Blacksmith David Osmundsen has forged hot steel since the 1970s and opened this school beneath the Big Horn Mountains in 2004, teaching nineteenth-century techniques to no more than three students at a time. His anvil turns out hand-forged frontier knives, tomahawks, skewers and lighting fitted with local hardwood and elk antler, each sold as a one-off piece through the shop.
