The current generation trained at the leather trades school in Romans-sur-Isère before learning the shop floor from the previous manager, and the house makes town, sport, and ceremonial gloves in leather, wool, and cashmere- or fleece-lined constructions, plus driving, cycling, and mountain gloves suited to Lyon's outdoor-adjacent customer base. It states it has supplied gloves for cinema and international clients, and offers free repairs and fit adjustments, including accommodations for customers with hand injuries — a detail that reads as genuine ongoing shop practice rather than marketing copy.

This is a live alternative to Grenoble's own Ganterie Lesdiguières, which closed for good in spring 2025 after its owner could no longer source kid leather fine enough for authentic Grenoble gloves — a closure confirmed directly and excluded from this list on those grounds.
