Bella Potemkina describes her label as a workshop making vintage dresses in a contemporary form. She danced ballet for more than eleven years in her youth, and the collections keep returning to that material, to the barre, the rehearsal room, the wardrobe of Giselle and The Nutcracker, and historical dress. The stated references are boho chic, baroque, neo-vintage, Empire and French aristocratic style. The dresses are limited and hand-worked. Royal jacquards, velvet, textured tulle, raised lace, three-dimensional embroidery and panels worked with pearls carry most of the effect, and the house argues that this level of detail is out of reach of mass production. Corsets shape the waist. Ruffles, bows and flounces do the romantic work, and peony prints run through the cloth. Bustier dresses over layered tulle skirts point back at Versailles, and the jewellery beside them uses cameos, old medallions, antique angels. Five collections carry the Belle prefix, which are Banquet, Fleur, Amour, Jacquard and Chic. Beyond dresses the label makes furs, skirts, corsets, blouses, trousers, jackets, suits. Shoes come with them, along with accessories that include turbans, gloves, collars, clutches. The Moscow boutiques stand in the Riviera centre on Avtozavodskaya and in Afimall City on Presnenskaya embankment. An online boutique sells the same range beyond the two Moscow rooms.
