Bodegas Gancedo

Bodegas Gancedo is a family-owned winery in Quilós, within the Bierzo denomination of origin, where founder José Cereijo has spent more than a decade recovering old mencía vineyard parcels, some nearly a century old. The estate farms roughly 100 hectares across 600 plots and vinifies only its own grapes rather than buying in fruit.
