Cafe Schoko roasts cocoa beans from single origins like Peru, Colombia and Madagascar in Munster and stone-grinds them into bean-to-bar chocolate. Alongside origin bars it makes filled bars with torrone, fig and ricotta or passion fruit and chilli, all sold in-store and shipped from its online shop.
