Champagne Gosset

Founded in Aÿ in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, winegrower and alderman of the town, Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne — it made still red wines for more than a century before the region turned sparkling. The house skips malolactic fermentation, producing vinous, age-worthy cuvées matured in 1.7 kilometres of nineteenth-century cellars, with a visitor domain in Épernay since 2021.
