Cooperativa Chicoj is a coffee cooperative of small Q'eqchi' producers five kilometers from Cobán in Alta Verapaz, offering guided tours of century-old coffee plantations that cover grain sorting, pulping, fermentation, washing and drying. The cooperative also runs a restaurant, artisan shop and gift store selling coffee beans and crafts.
